Congratulations Kristi and Derek!

Just have to give a shout out to Kristi and Derek who successfully got married yesterday (is there an unsuccessful way?) . . .

Anyway, I also need to give a shout out to my amazing mom and myself as we successfully made their wedding cake, even after a lot of stress and last minute design changes.

Getting Anxious . . .

My cutie husband is flying into Salt Lake (from Hawaii and a civil engineering conference) in 30 min. Because I have been missing him like crazy this week and because I am getting nothing else done as I anxiously wait for him to get home, I decided to post a couple of pictures that make me happy and remind me of the wonderful trip that we had last summer with our friends Mike and Jen.

Why I Love Provo

Feeling a little bored the other day, I decided to go for a little bike ride. . . that's when I stumbled across this. . .

And I remembered that Provo River Parkway Trail is amazing!!!

I had fun pretending I am a photographer even with my little pocket sized Cannon.

Finally, I ended up here . . . and I realized that riding my bike on a dock makes me motion sick (I nearly fell in)
